Description:
You will be the GSC Analyst Staff for the THAAD Ground General Procurement team. Our team is responsible for streamlining the acquisition flow for the THAAD ground system, coordinating with suppliers, engineering, and quality groups to ensure timely delivery of mission‑critical components.

What You Will Be Doing
As the GSC Analyst you will act as the central liaison that drives purchase‑order and procurement‑request (PR) execution, resolves issues quickly, and maintains clear communication across internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You'll be positioned at the heart of the procurement pipeline, supporting engineering change management and quality assurance.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Expedite purchase requests (PRs) and resolve any obstacles that arise.
• Accelerate purchase orders (POs), troubleshoot delays, and keep the supply chain on track.
• Conduct regular meetings and maintain proactive communication with internal teams (engineering, program management, quality) and external vendors.
• Identify, track, and close engineering change requests that impact schedules or cost.
• Serve as the quality interface, partnering with suppliers to address non conformances and implement corrective actions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• SAP Experience

• Supplier Management

• Experience in Subcontract Management, Procurement, or a related field

• Knowledge of contracting principles, practices, and regulations

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Excel experience and spreadsheet management

• Stakeholder and leader report out/communication

• Multi-tasking and time management

• Expediting
Desired Skills:
• SMM Experience

• Windchill Experience

• Experienced team player with collaborative skills

• Experience with government contracts/subcontracts

• Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams

• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload to meet program/customer needs

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
