Great Waters Federal is seeking a Identity and Access Management Business Analyst. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst elicits requirements and identifies process improvements for IHS' IAM needs. The position works with stakeholders to define access control models, improve provisioning workflows, and ensure compliance with federal privacy and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and document IAM business and functional requirements.
· Analyze and map role-based access control (RBAC) processes.
· Coordinate system testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback.
· Conduct operational analysis and customer satisfaction surveys.
· Support audit preparation and compliance documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, with IAM experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, and federal security standards.
