Knowledge Data Manager

The Knowledge/Data Manager provides critical program management support to the Program Management Office (PMO) at Andersen Air Force Base. This position is responsible for documenting, maintaining, and updating program data systems to ensure accurate, timely, and effective communication of project schedule, cost, and quality information throughout all phases of PMO-supported construction and reconstruction efforts.

The individual will support a large, complex portfolio of MILCON and FSRM projects and must operate independently with minimal government direction while maintaining clear, articulate communication across PMO stakeholders.

Knowledge Data Manager Responsibilities Include:

Data and Information Management
  • Document, update, and maintain PMO data systems to reflect current project schedules, cost status, and quality metrics, ensuring visibility across the PMO team and stakeholders.
  • Manage, organize, and track project data within government systems such as NexGen IT, TRIRIGA, and BUILDER.
  • Maintain SharePoint and PMO knowledge repositories, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and standardization of uploaded materials (e.g., agendas, meeting minutes, reports, calendars).

Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven updates, program summaries, and ad hoc reports to support PMO decision-making.
  • Ensure PMO leadership has accurate, timely, and consolidated project information regarding schedule adherence, cost updates, and quality performance indicators.
  • Support the creation and update of program dashboards, trackers, and monitoring tools to enhance transparency and performance reviews.

Meeting & Coordination Support
  • Assist in PMO-led meetings by providing data updates, compiling metrics, and maintaining historical records of project performance.
  • Provide data inputs for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), design/construction meetings, staff meetings, and coordination meetings.
  • Capture, organize, and archive meeting materials and action items in accordance with PMO records management practices.

Quality, Compliance & Control
  • Ensure all documented information aligns with USAF construction criteria (UFCs, UFGSs, ETLs, IFSs, AFMAN 32-1084, etc.) when applicable.
  • Support PMO quality assurance functions by maintaining accurate records, logs, and documentation supporting government inspections and QA processes.
  • Maintain compliance with all required DoD, CUI, IA, and OPSEC training and policies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


Knowledge Data Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• 5+ years Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex construction, repair, or modernization programs (airfield, industrial, facilities, housing, administrative, MILCON/FSRM, etc.).

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms.

• Experience managing program data, schedules, or cost tracking systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint; experience with government systems (NexGen IT, TRIRIGA, BUILDER, Microsoft Access, ) preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred
  • Experience in executive level project management support required.
  • Experience in NexGen IT is preferred.
  • Experience required in Microsoft Access Data Base management.
  • Knowledge of Air Force and Department of Defense corporate processes.
  • Knowledge of AF Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
  • Knowledge of AFMAN 33-363.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
