Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: San Francisco, CA (on-site)
Supporting: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) **Public Trust Clearance**
Overview
CompTech is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to support our customer, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The ideal candidate will deliver front-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to computers, applications, systems, devices, access, and hardware. This role manages technical problems of moderate complexity and responds quickly to support requests submitted by phone, email, or online ticketing systems. The technician will also document, track, and monitor all incidents using established tools to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution. Additionally, this position works closely with cross-functional teams to address user needs and maintain a smooth, reliable support experience.
Scope of Work

Knowledge, Skills, and Certification Requirements:
2 years of experience in a customer service support role
1 year of experience in help desk role

- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Must be able to exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
