PRISM is seeking an experienced, self-starting Analytics Engineer to provide comprehensive data analytics and business intelligence support. The primary focus is on developing and administering high-performance Power BI solutions in a secure, fast-paced environment, managing complex data operations, and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Engineering: Connect, transform, shape, and model diverse, complex datasets from multiple sources (e.g., SQL, Oracle, Postgres, flat files) using advanced Power BI and ETL methods.
- Power BI Development: Develop and maintain high-quality, interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Customization & Integration: Utilize SQL for performance tuning and deep dives; build custom visuals using modern web technologies (React JS/JavaScript) and seamlessly embed reports into Web applications.
- Migration & Support: Lead the migration of legacy dashboards to Power BI; provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for all BI solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather comprehensive requirements, communicate complex analysis effectively to diverse audiences, and work within an Agile/SDLC framework.
- Experience: 5+ years in data analytics/BI, with 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience specifically with Power BI. (8+ years total experience required).
- Certification: Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
- Deep expertise with the full Power BI suite (Desktop, Service, Gateway).
- Strong SQL skills (2-3 years) and mastery of dimensional data modeling (Star/Snowflake).
- Experience with ETL and data pipeline management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/ReactJS for custom visualizations and application integration.
- Solid understanding of Web application architecture (RESTful APIs, security protocols).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance.
