EPS Corporation is seeking a Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Program Analyst will provide comprehensive analytical and technical support to the Army Reserve G4. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) NTV Program, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing fleet operations, and supporting fleet managers through training and system expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the USAR NTV Program.
- Act as the first line of support and trainer for fleet management systems, including:
- Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (F.A.S.T)
- GSA Fleet Information Management System (GSAFleet.gov)
- Customer Acquisition Tool (CAM)
- Fleet GPS Tracking and Information System (Geotab)
- Other systems required for fleet operations
- Provide guidance on best practices, efficiencies, and regulatory compliance related to NTV operations.
- Develop and coordinate a formal training program for safe motor vehicle operations; deliver training to fleet managers as needed.
- Review, recommend, and update NTV regulations and policies.
- Assist in producing required reports and monitor HQDA's annual NTV budget ceilings.
- Coordinate with fleet managers to ensure seamless transfer of NTVs.
- Participate in Army Command Fleet Manager (ACFM) teleconferences and meetings.
- Consolidate reports from Army Reserve Fleet Managers and track NTV usage statistics.
- Prepare reports for G4 leadership, HQDA NTV Program Team, and the U.S. General Services Administration.
- Keep G4 staff informed on data call submissions to Army DCS-G9.
- Fulfill service contract reporting labor hours in accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of NTV regulations, policies, and Army Reserve fleet operations.
- Experience with fleet management systems (F.A.S.T, GSAFleet.gov, CAM, Geotab).
- Proven ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for training, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior military or government fleet management experience preferred.
