Essential Functions:
- Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
- Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, and acquisition/resource management.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate software, components, or systems related to military weapons systems, aviation systems, avionics, and associated support systems.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Required:
- At least 10 years of engineering experience, with 5 years specifically related to aviation mission systems or avionics components
Desired:
- Experience with legacy VH-3D Operational Flight Program (OFP)
- Familiarity with VH-60N common Avionics Architecture System
- Knowledge of VH-92A Mission Communications System (MCS) platform unique avionics architecture
Education:
