SNI Technology/Paladin is recruiting on behalf of a leading defense industry partner for a Military Operations Analyst to support force structure automation and data modernization efforts. This is a full-time onsite contract role during standard business hours (Monday–Friday) at Fort Bragg, NC.

Position Overview

The Military Operations Analyst will provide high-level analytical, data engineering, and process optimization support to assist government stakeholders with transforming outdated processes into modern, automated, and scalable solutions. This role focuses on improving force structure management, contractor accountability, augmentation tracking, and data visualization to support enterprise-level decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with technical, HR, and operational entities to modernize legacy workflows, automate data processes (e.g., org charts, contractor databases, unit submissions), and produce high-quality visual products for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Automate and modernize legacy processes related to force structure, contractor accountability, personnel tracking, and data submissions.

Conduct data modeling, data architecture, data wrangling, and advanced analytics to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Develop dashboards, visualization products, and briefing materials to support command-level decision-making.

Collaborate with SOF units, interagency partners, national agencies, and DoD stakeholders.

Design and refine user experiences, prototypes, and application interfaces to improve workflows and data accessibility.

Produce wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Axure RP, UXPin, or Sketch.

Support combat development, force modification, and organizational planning tasks as needed.

Assist in coordinating unit-level POM/CAP/EXE management tasks by improving data integration and reporting.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to conduct data modeling, engineering, advanced analytics, and visualization using languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Experience working with SOF, DoD agencies, interagency working groups, combatant commands, or academic organizations.

Familiarity with force structure management, personnel accountability, or HR systems within military contexts.

UX/UI or application interface experience, including user research, testing, and design principles.

Proficiency in wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure RP, UXPin, Sketch).

Graduate of Command and General Staff College / Intermediate Level Education (ILE).

Strong organization, multitasking ability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to break down complex problems, prioritize tasks, and implement efficient solutions.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a combat developer or in force modification.

Interest in pursuing the following DAU certifications within 180 days of hire:

CLR 101, RQM 1010, CLR 151, CLR 250, CLR 252 (or current equivalents).
