Description:The Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Program Manager (PM) shall be responsible for leading all aspects of specific DMS projects for the C-130J production and sustainment programs. They shall be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of their respective DMS programs. The individual shall be capable of identifying risk/opportunities, developing appropriate mitigation plans and monitoring progress. They shall have the ability to work with cross-functional teams, to include multiple suppliers and various customers, with little oversight and coordinate the closure of DMS activities to ensure there are no disruptions (due to DMS) to our C-130J production programs and that there is continuous support of our C-130J sustainment programs.
Extensive travel domestically up to 40% and international travel periodically.
Basic Qualifications:
Understanding of scheduling, and Earned Value Management Systems
Working knowledge of Air Vehicle Systems and Subsystems
Experience in relationship development with internal and external customers
Understanding of customer requirements
Understanding of the USG contracting process
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge and understanding of C-130 platforms and various customer configurations.
Knowledge and experience with C-130 production manufacturing process from design through build.
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Collaboration System (EDCS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Supplier Data Requirements (SDRL).
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Work across function organizational lines.
Building strong work relationships across the internal organization.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
