Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Software Engineering Manager for the Software Performance and Modernization team. In this role, you will work across lines of business, including the F 35, ADP, IFG, and AMMM programs, to modernize different aspects of software such as processes, continuous integration and delivery, infrastructure as code, and restructuring. It will be necessary to have a strong background in both software development, testing, and IT infrastructure to drive modern practices across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.
Basic Qualifications:
• CI/CD Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Pipelines
• Leadership experience
• Cloud Technologies
Desired Skills:
• Management experience
• GitLab CI or GitHub actions
• Azure Cloud
• IaC such as Ansible or OpenTofu
• Linux, such as RedHat and RedHat tooling
• Containers and Orchestration such as Podman, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• SAST, DAST, code quality, and static analysis
• Logging, Monitoring, and Metrics such as Prometheus/Grafana/ELK
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
