Description:You will be a Project Lead for the Simulation and System Labs (SSL) Enterprise System Integration Lab team. Our team is responsible for leading the efforts to design, procure, develop, and test lab software, systems, and subsystems.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the System Engineer Sr Stf you will be responsible for project leadership producing and maintaining lab infrastructure for simulation products for the ESIL suite of labs. You will manage the proposals, procurements, schedule, cost, and technical scope for lab and product development to support integration and test of operational flight software for multiple contracts.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading daily project activities
• Mitigating risk and opportunity impacts
• Communicating project progress to all levels of leadership
• Performing and Communicating Earned Value (EV)
• Managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Performing cost and schedule variance analysis
• Developing monthly estimate to complete (ETC) assessments

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in the STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience leading a project or working in a lab environment.
• Project/Program Management Experience.
Desired Skills:
• Control Account Manager (CAM) Experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in estimating technical development tasks.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with LM capital and IT management process.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
