You will be the Financial Manager for the Finance Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise financial planning, analysis, and reporting that drives mission‑critical decisions.

As the Financial Manager you will be responsible for overseeing budget baselines, cost variance analysis, and financial performance reporting across the Camden program.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership competencies
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
• Working knowledge of financial systems (SAP) and (EFS)
• Microsoft product suite expertise (Excel; including statistical, pivot tables etc)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial analysis and reports
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Ability to obtain a clearance
Desired Skills:
• Background in Data Analytics Automation or use of emerging AI tools for efficiency and accuracy.
• Proactive Leader, Self Starter/Highly motivated,
• Strong Financial Skills and risk assessment
• Experience with key financial tools, process and policies supporting DoD
• Experience briefing executive leadership
• Creating and presenting Financial Overview Presentation
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Description:
You will be the Financial Manager for the Finance Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise financial planning, analysis, and reporting that drives mission‑critical decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Manager you will be responsible for overseeing budget baselines, cost variance analysis, and financial performance reporting across the Camden program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain compliant baseline budgets and accurate Estimates‑at‑Completion (EACs).
- Support Program Managers, CAMs, and Product Leads with corrective‑action plans, root‑cause analysis, and cost‑variance explanations.
- Oversee internal and external financial reporting, including monthly reporting training for new analysts.
- Coordinate EAC and Long‑Range Planning cycles and enable manpower planning and reporting.
- Develop property lease agreements and ensure all 1LMX financial components comply with corporate policy.
