Description
The Customer's Innovation Programs Systems Integrator (SI) role is one full-time position central to the coordination and smooth daily operation of both the Customer's Exploration Fund (ExFund) program and its Makerspace activity. Working closely with the Customer Program Manager (PM), the SI will be a trusted position to coordinate and manage activities across multiple concurrent ExFund teams, as well as between Customer offices and the unclassified Makerspace facility.

Working closely with the Customer Program Manager (PM), the SI will be a trusted position to coordinate and manage activities across multiple concurrent ExFund teams, as well as between Customer offices and the unclassified Makerspace facility.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate internal and external engagements on behalf of the PM, to include scheduling project briefings for ExFund teams, coordinating high-profile visits to the Makerspace, and scheduling quarterly briefings with the Customer's partner agency.
- Coordinating and tracking data calls and other actions from Customer organizations.
- Knowledge management for both supported programs, to include capturing relevant metrics, managing program artifacts, and assisting PM with briefing materials.
- Program communications, to include drafting and/or reviewing content, managing communication cadence in alignment with critical milestones, and coordinating with applicable Customer communications teams.
- Resource management, to include assisting PM with formulation and tracking of program spend plans, assisting with acquisition actions, and preparing associated reports.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least eight years of work experience.
- Proven track record of delivering results from within the larger Customer organization.
- Prior successful experience with Customer applications, business systems, tools, and protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with budget or resource management.
- Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities as well as anticipate requirements and potential issues.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and discretion.
- Proven ability to adaptively prioritize time-sensitive issues.
- Self-starter who is flexible and willing to meet the challenges and changing needs of a dynamic organization.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous project management experience.
- Previous experience drafting communications for broad audiences.
