TITLE: Systems Engineer - FCS Aux & Training
Location: Pittsfield MA 01201
SCHEDULE:9/80, Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work, if desired
Required: Secret Clearance
Long Term W2 Hourly Contract Only
Rate Range: $38.00 - $45.75 with limited benefits
*** W2 hourly Contract Only with a possible extension, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C.

We have an opening Systems Engineer for Fleet Ballistic Missile Auxiliary and Training Systems, you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing auxiliary and training systems that support the fleet ballistic missile program.
This role requires hands-on experience with systems in lab environments and collaboration across multiple technical disciplines. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield MA Facility.

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Secret Clearance
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree
- Ability to lead the software development process
- Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
- hands-on experience with systems in lab environments and collaboration across multiple technical disciplines
- Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools
- Creative thinker with ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in systems engineering lifecycle.
- Experience in networking and virtual machine management.
- Proficiency in cyber hardening techniques.
- Strong background in general IT skills and systems integration.
