Eagle Harbor Solutions is seeking experienced, motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Engineer/Architect personnel to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing an enterprise cloud environment servicing more than 10,000 Users. Assist in the engineering, development, and administration of a federal enterprise cloud system.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in technical project review meetings to ensure technical designs meet the client's operational requirements and infrastructure/security standards.
- Provision and maintain cloud resources for an enterprise cloud environment (network, storage, compute)
- Automate infrastructure migrations to cloud environments and identify on-premises technologies and their cloud counterparts.
- Ensure compliance with incidents, problems, and change management procedures and execute ticket-based requests with little or no additional help.
- Focus on results and be delivery oriented, with a keen interest in quality and the ability to meet deadlines.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- At least 4 years of progressive experience administering, designing, and engineering cloud solutions.
- Sound fundamental knowledge of cloud technology and enterprise IT systems
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Experience deploying resources into and running workloads in Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure
- Ability to clearly translate technical requirements and concepts in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Experience with operating systems and software: upgrade planning and implementation
- Fundamental knowledge of and experience working in a DevOps centric environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, code promotion processes and methodologies
- Experience with scripting languages such as python, json, YAML or others
- Experience with deploying infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation templates, Azure ARM templates, Chef, Terraform or other automation tools.
- BS degree in Computer Science
- Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred, Not required:
- Amazon Web Services Associate or Professional Level certifications
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer or similar
Clearance Requirement:
- TS/SCI security clearance required
