Senior NEN Analyst - (762)

EPS Corporation is seeking seeking a highly skilled Senior NEN Analyst to provide expert-level support, guidance, and oversight within the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with NEN programming, ordering processes, and operational support tools. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Six (6) years of professional experience supporting NEN programming.
• Demonstrated proficiency with:
  
  • Network Enterprise Tool (NET)
  • CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) offerings
  • NEN ordering processes and workflows
• Proven ability to analyze network service requests, validate data accuracy, and ensure compliance with established NEN standards.
• Strong understanding of Navy network architecture, inventory tracking, and operational support procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with technical teams, customers, and program leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage NEN service orders using NET and associated systems.
• Validate CLIN offerings to ensure accurate service provisioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in ordering, programming, and documentation.
• Provide expert-level guidance on NEN processes, updates, and best practices.
• Support reporting, requirements verification, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure all actions align with policy, security, and operational requirements.
