About the Role:

Culmen International is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to support the WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB) in Washington, D.C.

The Sr. Logistics Coordinator will be tasked with overseeing the operations of contractor-provided logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management.

What You'll Do in Your New Role:

The Sr. Logistics Coordinator will be essential for enhancing operational efficiency by providing clear and concise communication between stakeholders (Contractors, Subcontractors, & Government). This position plays a pivotal role in coordination of projects.

To be successful in this role:

Must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate projects among all contractors, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
Logistical experience and knowledge to support projects of those described in the PWS.
Maintain logistical workflows by coordinating operational requirements with all parties / stakeholders.
Must be able to pivot as needed and support tasks that require forklift, OSHA, MHE, and CAC based accesses.
SME / Logistics Management experience to oversee daily logistical operations.
Knowledgeable of all access, safety, operational compliance requirements in accordance to the PWS.

Required Qualifications:

BS / BA Degree
12+ years of industry experience.
Must have experience with projects with an annual budget over $5 million, coordinating work across 3 or more offices in over 7 or more locations.
Valid Drivers License.
MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Certification
OSHA Certification.
Forklift Certification.
Must be able to obtain and maintain CAC (Common Access Card).
