We are seeking a Help Desk support professional to support a DoD customer at Ft. Eustis, VA.

- Coordinate internal trouble tickets with the engineers while maintaining open and timely communications with both the end user and the technical team
- Act as liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers
- Answering Help Desk calls and respond to HD tickets
- Process Training Enrollment Requests
- Perform Monthly and ADHOC report formatting
Your Qualifications
- Two years Help Desk experience or similar customer service area
- Help Desk Institute (HDI) Customer Service Representative (preferred)
- Windows 11 experience
- Experience with MS Office products (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Secret clearance is preferred but must be US Citizen and ability to obtain T1 Investigation
