USGI is seeking a Special Operations Integrator. The Special Operations Integrator (SOI) is a highly specialized role responsible for planning, supporting, and executing in support of special operations units. The ideal candidate will possess extensive operational experience, deep technical understanding, and the ability to integrate complex mission requirements across Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct, support, and advise on SA for special operations units, drawing on years of relevant operational experience.
  • Plan, resource, execute SA, including operational analysis and mission integration.
  • Develop and write deployment orders, operational orders, and staffing documents to support mission execution.
  • Provide clear, concise, professional briefs to senior leaders across the DoD and Intelligence Community.
  • Apply expert knowledge of the UTS environment to assess operational risks and provide Signature Management recommendations across diverse mission sets.
  • Leverage project management expertise to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through completion.

Required Qualifications
  • US Citizen
  • Active Top Secret/ SCI clearance
  • Experience conducting and/or supporting SA for special operations units for collection, resourcing, planning, and operational analysis with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal Law Enforcement/Interagency
  • Comprehensive understanding of UTS and Signature Management principles
  • Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, Operational Planning Teams, and other groups to support mission requirements
  • Proven ability to develop operational documentation and mission orders
  • Strong briefing and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior DoD and IC leadership

Preferred Qualifications
  • Multiple years of professional project management experience with the ability to obtain or possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
