We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Test Technician to support troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems in a high-paced aerospace production environment. This role is critical to ensuring the functionality and reliability of aircraft systems through hands-on testing, diagnostics, and repair. You'll work closely with engineering teams to support electrical functional test failure resolution, system integration, and component-level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform system installation measurements using general test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters).
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and wiring issues based on test results and engineering specifications.
- Install, remove, or modify aircraft wiring using mechanical and electrical hand tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to identify faults and perform repairs.
- Support pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post-test teardown activities.
- Assist in developing methods and procedures for diagnosing and correcting malfunctions.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship) Active Secret Clearance or higher HIGHLY preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles, including Ohm's Law, Faraday's Law, and Kirchhoff's Current Law.
- Ability to calculate series and parallel resistor networks and resolve cable shield net resistance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience with airplane wiring and shielding techniques.
- Familiarity with routing, clamping, tying, connecting, and terminating wires per electrical codes.
- Experience in aerospace or electrical testing environments
- Ambitious and driven to perform in a high-stress production environment with a mission-focused mindset.
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree (AA) in related discipline. REQUIRED
- Prior experience in aerospace or electrical testing environments.
