- Gather requirements and design scalable software solutions.
- Lead architecture and coding efforts using best practices.
- Test and debug applications for reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in software development (applications focus).
- Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $130,000-145,000+ **depending on experience**
