Zachary Piper Solutions is seek a Database Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient database solutions to meet client needs and business objectives. This is a fully remote position and candidate must have an IRS/MBI Public Trust.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
Clearance: US Citizen; Active Public Trust/MBI or ability to obtain.

- Translate business requirements into robust database designs.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security of database systems.
- Define standards and best practices for database architecture.
- Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts.
- Develop data models, schemas, and dictionaries.
- Implement security measures (access controls, encryption, masking).
- Mentor junior database staff and stay current with emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in database architecture/design/administration.
- Expertise in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
- Relevant certifications preferred.
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
Clearance: US Citizen; Active Public Trust/MBI or ability to obtain.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $125,000-140,000+ **depending on experience**
