Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis using multi-source information to assess, interpret, and forecast national security issues tied to cyber operations and global network activity.
- Perform research, evaluation, and deconfliction of single-source reporting, technical intrusion data, open-source intelligence, and finished intelligence.
- Apply ODNI and DIA all-source analytic tradecraft and standards to produce high-quality intelligence outputs.
- Maintain ongoing situational awareness of U.S. government network events and global cyber developments to identify emerging threats and patterns.
- Collaborate with USCYBERCOM components, the Intelligence Community, DHS, CNMF, CERTs, and Information Assurance Centers to share analysis and identify environmental changes.
- Produce intelligence products that support planning, operations, and decision-making, including JIPOE inputs, estimates, indicators, and warning intelligence.
- Monitor threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and produce bulletins, briefs, and updates for senior leadership.
- Provide analytic support to cyber exercises, including scenario development and white-cell participation.
- Respond rapidly to USCYBERCOM J2 and staff requests for information.
- Develop and deliver briefings up to the GO/FO level.
- Participate in mission-related meetings, both onsite and at external cleared facilities as required.
- Assist with the production, editing, and dissemination of timely and relevant cyber intelligence products.
- Utilize IC and DoD intelligence systems and databases including Tripwire Analytic Capability, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, ispace, Pathfinder, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, and Intellipedia.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of relevant all-source analysis experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
- Experience producing cyber-focused intelligence in support of DoD or IC missions.
- Demonstrated experience with intelligence tools such as Palantir, Tripwire Analytic Capability, CyberCOP, MIDB, Target Knowledge Base, and similar systems.
- Ability to research, evaluate, deconflict, and fuse multi-source intelligence.
- Experience providing intelligence inputs to operational planning, JIPOE, or cyber operational support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with IC and DoD partners in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Education in computer science, engineering, or software design/engineering may substitute for certain experience requirements (minimum 2 years from an accredited institution).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, DIA, CNMF, or cyber operations centers.
- Knowledge of cyber threat actors, intrusion methodologies, TTP tracking, and cyber threat frameworks.
- Experience supporting intelligence exercises or scenario development.
- Familiarity with Defense Warning Program indicators and threat reporting.
Compensation
Target Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered include the responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and applicable laws.
