PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Electronic Warfare / Counter UAS

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Clearance Type: Top Secret

Responsibilities:

• Provide SME support in RADAR and Electronic Countermeasures for ISR, EW, SIGINT, CUAS, and SOF mission planning.
• Support design, development, testing, and fielding of CUAS and related EW capabilities.
• Aggregate, allocate, and track requirements using registers/RCMs and support drafting SOOs, SOWs, and PWSs.
• Evaluate proposals for CUAS/EW solutions against RFP requirements and programmatic constraints.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years in EW, RADAR, ECM, or CUAS technologies, including 3-5+ years applying these capabilities in military or SOF operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of CUAS concepts of employment, sensor fusion, and threat trends.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to convey complex system trade-offs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing, integrating, or testing CUAS systems for SOF or joint forces.
• Background with multi-sensor CUAS architectures and kill-chain integration.
