Key Responsibilities
The Security Service Support Specialist will:
* Administer and maintain visitor control programs, including processing visitor access requests for Delta 9 facilities
* Draft, update, and enforce entry and exit inspection procedures, leveraging expertise in SAP and collateral security processes
* Manage and safeguard classified containers within Delta 9 facilities to ensure proper protection and accountability
* Process Program Access Requests (PARs) and maintain accurate program access databases
* Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and perform other administrative security tasks to ensure strict compliance with established protocols
Required Skills & Experience
The Security Service Support Specialist must have:
* Active TS/SCI Clearance
* Minimum 5 years of program security experience, preferably within SAP mission areas or highly classified SCIF/SAPF environments
* Experience with classified access programs is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and professionalism in sensitive environments
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information verbally and in writing to diverse teams and stakeholders
* Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently, making sound decisions, and delivering results with minimal supervision
* Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify potential risks and implement effective, forward-thinking solutions to maintain operational continuity and ensure security compliance
Education and Certifications
The Security Service Support Specialist must meet the following:
Required
* Bachelor's degree
* Relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
Preferred
* Completion of Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Specialist Course
* Security Professional Education Development (SPÄD) certification program

Security Clearance
