This position is located at our Space Park campus in Redondo Beach, CA and require s travel up to 25% of the time. It reports to the Senior Director, Culture & Engageme nt for GC R.

Primary Level Salary Range: $179,600.00 - $269,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- Lead a geographically dispersed team responsible for an integrated approach to improving employee belonging, well-being and local community engagement in a geographic region (Western Unite d States).
- Implem ent a regional Culture & Engagement strategy based on analysis of data and feedback from employee surveys, business and H uman Resources (HR) leaders. It'll be critical to c ollaborate closely with the other Culture & Engagement leaders to ensure a harmonized, one NG approach across regions .
- Manage a team of culture, well-being and community engagement representatives located at key company sites across your region.
- Help your team shift from sector and functional silos to supporting leaders and employees as an integrated, regional team.
- Guide and support your team as they partner with local site leadership to assess employee and community needs , then implement action plans for improvement.
- Partner with the GCR Centers of Excellence mana ger s to ensure leader and employee progra ms, events and resources (which they 're re sponsible for designing) are meeting employee needs.
- Ensure GCR program s and resources are successfully implemented at the local level .
- Help e mbrace a data-driven culture. Partner with your leader , other R egional directors and the GCR Operations team to establish common KPIs, measure team impact , and identify opport unities fo r improvement.
- Oversee execution of large-scale employee engagement initiatives and events in your region.
- Serves as senior GCR ad viso r to site, HR and business leaders in your region, advising on people-first practices and helping embed culture into business strategy.
- Partner with HR, Communications and other key stakeholders supporting your region to ensure alignment across people programs and consistent messaging around culture and values.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR) , Organizational Development, Psychology or related fiel d, and at least 10 yrs of experience; 8 yrs with a Master's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR, e mployee e ngagement, organizational development or well-being program implementation at a large company ($5B+ in annual revenue) .
- Proven ability to lead workplace initiatives that improve workplace culture and employee experience .
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a large variety of employee populations, build trusted relationships and influence across levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a team, cultivating people leaders, strong collaborators, and leadership in culture, well-being and community impact .
- Data fluency with experience tracking program metrics and large-scale impact reporting.
- Clear ability to connect business strategy and business growth to employee belonging, well-being and community engagemen t.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership , Corporate Responsibili ty, Huma n Resources, Employee Well-being or relate d field .
- Track record of successfully implementing significant, transformative change(s) within a company or organization.
- Familiarity with global workforce engagement strategies, especially in remote or hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with culture diagnostics , employee surveying and/or employee listening methods.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including ability to balance multiple large initiatives successfully.
- Comfortable with, and trusted to, spea k at executive events and represent the organization at executive levels .
