Boeing Global Services is seeking a Quality Manager to add to the leadership team, located at the Boeing Cecil Field site in Jacksonville, FL.
As a key member of the Program leadership team, will need to maintain an active role in acquiring and managing resources, provide consistent/steady quality technical management support, and lead performance improvement/product corrective action workshops as required. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports and regularly oversee review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.

- Manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
- Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
- Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience) :
- 3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance, Maintenance concepts development and sustainment, repair, and overhaul environments
- Experience leading teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :
- Familiarity with the AS9100 quality management system with a strong background in Root cause and corrective action techniques, (focus on problem solving).
- Project management skills with experience in overseeing/managing Quality performance metrics including general use of Statistical Process Control tools.
