Supply Clerk

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Supply Clerk to join our vehicle sustainment team in Lielvarde, Latvia The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organizing the flow of shipments, both inbound and outbound, in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining stock records and other documentation, such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports.
• Verifying quantities received against bills of lading, material release orders, purchase requests, and shipping documents.
• Unloading, unpacking, visually inspecting, counting, segregating, palletizing, and storing incoming and outgoing supplies and equipment.
• Receiving, issuing, and turning in material to support customer requests.
• Conducting location maintenance, location surveys, and inventories of material and equipment.
• Inputting material and equipment information into GCSS-Army.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of qualified logistics experience.
• GCSS-Army functions and Warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition, and inventory purposes, pick and stage equipment for shipment, package equipment for shipment and prepare the necessary paperwork.
• Experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
• Must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from start date and the ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• High School Diploma or GED and must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
• Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work in high noise areas.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
