Overview
Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide outpatient care to active duty military members in a safe, steady, day-shift-only environment at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The RN will support various ambulatory care areas within a Military Treatment Facility (MTF).

Overview

- Day shifts only (7AM - 5PM : Monday-Friday)
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
Minimum Qualifications
May include work in: Ambulatory Care, Family Practice, Health Education/Promotion, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, Women's Health, and Flight Medicine.
- Degree: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Education: Graduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
- Experience: At least 1 year of post-graduation nursing experience in applicable clinical areas
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in Wyoming
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with MTF standards, policies, and guidelines
- Perform physical exams and health histories
- Provide patient education, counseling, and health promotion
- Administer medications, wound care, and individualized nursing interventions
- Supervise and support other healthcare staff
- Assign patient care based on scope and skill level
- Identify and respond rapidly to adverse signs and emergencies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
- Arrange referrals and specialty care when needed
- Support ongoing practice improvement and research activities
