The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS) and ensure alignment with CMMI Level 2 standards for DEV and SVC. This role is critical to driving continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System Oversight: Maintain, monitor, and improve the quality management system ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, develop improvement plans, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Audits & Assessments: Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings or non-conformances.
  • Documentation & Training: Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of quality documentation, policies, and procedures; provide training to staff on quality standards and processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality-related risks, ensuring proactive solutions to potential issues.
  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with teams to address customer feedback, ensuring quality deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor staff on quality principles, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
