Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive SATCOM architecture "site pictures" for Indo-Pacific blue forces, integrating MILSAT and COMSAT assets.
- Continuously update architectural overviews to align with new capabilities, operational changes, and evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with USINDOPACOM to assess, validate, and refine theater-wide SATCOM requirements in support of operational demands.
- Ensure SATCOM communications capabilities remain aligned with current and future mission needs across the Indo-Pacific region.
- Research, analyze, and provide recommendations on emerging SATCOM technologies and trends for both military and commercial applications.
- Prepare and deliver technical briefings and decision papers with actionable recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Ability to work fully on site in Honolulu, HI.
- 8+ years of related experience in satellite communications planning, coordination, or system management.
- 5+ years of experience in supporting military operations, planning, or related roles.
- 3+ years of experience with MILSAT and COMSAT systems, including architecture principles and component capabilities.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in relevant discipline, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience advising senior leadership on technical communications issues or architectures.
- Knowledge of future trends in satellite communication, resilience measure, and emerging commercial markets.
