Cape Fox subsidiary, Saxman One, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Naval Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst to join our team in support of a federal government client. This position requires advanced expertise in managing, coordinating, and supporting Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) operations, including account and service management, asset tracking, and system documentation within complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to oversee endpoint deployments, perform data migrations, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy IT governance and cybersecurity standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining network availability, supporting user access and seat management, and facilitating seamless coordination between Government stakeholders, service providers, and end users in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $120,000 - $153,000

Core Duties:
- Provide project management and oversight for NEN operations, including account creation, modification, and tracking within Nautilus and other NEN service management systems
- Perform account and service management, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests, hardware and software tracking, inventory control, and lifecycle documentation
- Coordinate and maintain NEN site documentation such as Seat Deployment Schedules, Technical Refresh Plans, and classified/unclassified NEN seat tracking using Navy Enterprise Tools (NET)
- Schedule and manage endpoint deployments, monitor deployment status, and track hardware shipments, requisitions, and invoices through approved government systems (e.g., DD Form 1149)
- Manage NEN assets and orders within NET, ensuring accurate asset tracking, IMAC processing, and Task Order management, while maintaining compliance with Government policies
- Provide training and user guidance on NEN tools, NET procedures, and account management processes; gather and report student evaluation data using Government-approved methods
- Administer file storage coordination for NEN environments, including management of permissions, group policies, and administrator roles for shared network drives
- Support the transition and modernization from current to future NEN solutions by identifying new requirements, analyzing potential technologies, developing procedures, and coordinating transition activities with the Government and service providers
- Perform data migration during seat replacements and endpoint refreshes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Navy data handling standards
- Provide Tier 0 and Tier 1 seat support, troubleshooting NEN issues, resolving access or configuration problems, and escalating complex cases to higher-tier support as required
- Serve as a Trusted Agent (TA) for Cryptographic Log-On (CLO) and issue SIPRNet Tokens in accordance with Navy security policies
- Support NMCI seat management, including orders, seat pools, peripheral inventory, seat moves/adds/changes, printer configuration, and queue management
- Evaluate new NEN CLIN offerings and provide recommendations to optimize user requirements and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and automated tracking tools for NEN data calls, asset management, and reporting to the Business Office
- Generate and submit monthly technical and operational reports, summarizing status, trends, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with system administrators and cybersecurity personnel to ensure all NEN systems and assets comply with DISA STIGs, DoD IA controls, and A&A documentation requirements
- Maintain and update all records, diagrams, and databases in the ITSM Tool(s) or NET following hardware or software changes

Job Requirements
- Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering
- Must hold a bachelor's degree
- Must have Information Assurance Technical Level III certification
- Must hold an active Top Secret clearance
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
