Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager with strong consulting experience and a proven ability to manage client relationships across multiple cybersecurity domains. This role is critical for ensuring successful onboarding of new Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients, driving engagement, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for all new MSP clients, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute 30-day and 60-day engagement plans , coordinating resources and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Consult with clients across multiple domains, including Incident Response (IR), Managed Detection & Response (MDR), and Proactive Cyber Advisory .
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring services align with client objectives and identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal .
- Collaborate with internal teams to deploy the right resources and maintain service quality.
- Monitor engagement health and proactively address risks or gaps.
- Provide clear reporting and communication to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Customer Success or Account Management experience with a focus on consulting and relationship management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity domains: IR, MDR, and advisory services (no hands-on technical work required, but strong conceptual understanding is essential).
- Strong organizational and project management skills; PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus .
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MSP or cybersecurity services environment.
- Ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities through upsell and renewal strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
