Peraton is seeking an experienced Irregular Warfare Targeting Analyst to support a U.S. Government client at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. This role provides analysis and target development for complex theater, regional, and global issues in support of the Irregular Warfare (IW) planning team. Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Peraton is seeking an experienced Irregular Warfare Targeting Analyst to support a U.S. Government client at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. This role provides analysis and target development for complex theater, regional, and global issues in support of the Irregular Warfare (IW) planning team. The analyst will perform a broad range of intelligence-driven assignments directly supporting planning and operations across dynamic and challenging problem sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all levels of target analysis and lead the production of finished intelligence products supporting sensitive command activities.
- Prepare target packages, information papers, decision briefs, and presentations to inform IW planning and senior leader decision-making.
- Develop and recommend strategies to address gaps in collection and analytic capabilities.
- Research, evaluate, and fuse multi-source reporting (including OSINT) into actionable intelligence for IW and HUMINT operational planners.
- Apply knowledge of joint doctrine and the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP), including operational art and design.
- Identify and facilitate implementation of sensitive activity capabilities within STO, SAP, and ACCM domains.
- Lead fires planning for IW capabilities enabling lethal effects, and support integration of non-lethal effects in operations.
- Apply analytic methodologies to visualize and present insights to decision-makers.
- Support fellow analysts and planning teams by consolidating and synthesizing data into clear, displayable formats.
- Develop and deliver point papers, decision briefs, and operational concepts to General Officers, senior military stakeholders, SES leaders, and alliance partners.
- Gather and assess all-source information to inform planning for Cyber, SOF/IW, and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE).
- Integrate Cyber, SOF/IW, and OIE intelligence analysis into contingency and operations plans, ensuring IW capabilities are considered in deliberate and crisis planning.
- Track measures of performance and effectiveness, providing advice on capabilities such as Cyber, MISO, and PSYOP during operational concept development.
- Provide iterative written and oral recommendations for refining command objectives, priorities, strategies, and plans.
- Translate technical content, tactics, and TTPs from COAs, OPLANs, and CONPLANs into high-level briefs and papers.
- Conduct target development (basic, intermediate, and advanced).
- Collaborate with IA/IC partners to facilitate targeting efforts.
- Utilize tools such as MIDB, C3PO, ANB, TIDE, NPW, and M3.
Desired Experience:
- Extensive background in the joint targeting process.
- Strong experience in the military intelligence field.
- Experience in special operations targeting is highly desired.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA, minimum of 6 years with MS/MA, minimum of 3 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Joint Targeting Course graduate.
- Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing the F3EAD, Social Network Analysis, and CARVER methodologies.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Cyber / SOF / PSYOP Analysis at the service or joint level, supporting operations with Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Component Commands, or Joint Task Forces.
- Knowledge in planning and targeting processes and analysis processes as well as a general understanding of an intelligence process and procedures.
- Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience with demonstrated work experience within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities with documented experience coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community and working effectively within a task organized "working group."
- Must possess a valid US Passport, not expiring within 1 year.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Current DoD Top Secret security clearance, with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Staff level planning and CONOP development experience at the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, TSOC and/or Sub Unified Command level.
- Network development to identify people, relationships, and organizations related to hard target country emerging and disruptive technology, artificial intelligence, dual-use technology procurement, foreign intelligence actors, malign cyber actors, and biological warfare.
- Expertise in external agency coordination to facilitate the production of intelligence materials releasable to foreign governments.
- Experience as a non-lethal targeting officer at COCOM or other strategic command.
- Experience with the INDOPACOM AOR.
- Expertise in planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities.
- Relevant information operations training such as:
- Joint information operations planner course
- Defense OPSEC planner course
- MISO planners course
- MILDEC planners course
- Irregular warfare course
- Experience with supporting the integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as the support for related capabilities and their activities.
- Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable operational/field time experience in at least one of the following:
- Military Information Support Operations (MISO) / (formerly Psychological Operations (PSYOP))
- Military Deception (MILDEC)
- Cyberspace Operations
- SIGINT related activities
