We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Senior (CM) to support PMA-276 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Configuration Management/Data Management Team and shall provide configuration management support. A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs.

Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes. Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:

· Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall program and the CM Team.

· Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

· Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for developmental projects in accordance with established processes.

· Review CM policy documentation to ensure consistency with modification, upgrades, safety, and installation program requirements in support of the H-1. Analyze draft ECPs and technical comments concerning changes for CCB review.

· Collect, interpret, track, and organize information and documentation relating to product requirements. Track and manage overall time sensitive requirements, and ensuring inputs are collected and submitted ahead of deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

· Coordinate with staff personnel to meet and exceed operational requirements and tasking utilizing presentation materials that include multiple Microsoft Office products.

· Proficiency with the AMS Suite of Tools, with emphasis on the CDRL Tool.

· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

· Skilled in Data Management and file structure development/maintenance.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Required Experience: Senior - Over Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: Senior - At least Three (3) years of experience in the NAVAIR configuration change management process.

Required Education: Senior - MA/MS degree

Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order (unless otherwise specified under the labor category information below):

· Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties

described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

· Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

· Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Must be able to hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40 to $129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
