Summary
The MIL Corporation is looking for a Winter Financial Administrative Hire (Administrative Assistant I) candidate to support one or more projects onsite at our Lexington Park, MD location.
This role will work with practicing project managers to gain valuable experience in various financial and project management skills. This position runs through the Winter 2025 break (mid December 2025 - mid January 2026), with a possibility for continuance during the school year or school breaks.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule, with 5 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

High School Diploma/GED and currently admitted to or enrolled in a BA/BS program majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.

- Perform various project management and financial management support tasks
- Review, update and maintain project documents
- Potential work areas include project management department and reception
- Other administrative duties as required

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Relevant collegiate coursework experience
