Description

The National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC) Division of the Leidos Fed Civ IT Business Area currently has an opening for a Sr. Business Process Analyst. This position will be part of a dynamic team working to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Oklahoma City at their Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center location.

The Sr. Business Process Analyst will provide the AJW-142 En Route Surveillance Team, Long Range Radar (AJW-142) application and business process analysis services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC).

Primary Responsibilities:

Services focus on data quality, business analysis, and assisting with the development of policies, plans, and procedures. Specifically, the applicant will:
  • Analyze, identify, report, and resolve application information discrepancies between systems of record.
  • Provide research and resolution of application issues, stemming from mismatched or incorrect data.
  • Provide the delivery of accurate information systems data.
  • Formulate and present enterprise-wide business organization strategies.
  • Provide analysis and definition of ISO business processes and work instructions.
  • Provide project and program creation, concept definition, presentations, and other business analysis as required.
  • Provide budget, cost analysis, and project status reports and other data analysis to achieve customer ad-hoc information.
  • Provide the development/ongoing revisions of a strategic communications effort.
  • Provide administrative and technical writing support.
  • Provide classified activities planning and management support.
  • Manage travel arrangements and voucher reconciliations
  • Generate and prepare budget and cost analysis reports.
  • Facilitate meetings with high level executives.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Requires BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Budgeting and cost analysis reporting
  • Financial reconciliations
  • Project coordination
  • Able to collaborate with high-level management, clients, and internal teams
  • Experience with the FAA E2 travel voucher system
  • Able to assist with onboarding
  • FRAMES experience
  • Experience in FAA PRISM, CASTLE, Jira, Lynx
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • 10+ years of data management.
  • Able to facilitate high-level complex classified reporting.
  • 10 + years’ experience creating and delivering presentations.
  • 20 + years of executive management and financial services experience.
  • Experienced with collaborations between the Pentagon, White House, DOD, DHS, USAF and other government agencies.

Pay Range: Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
