Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Level 5 AI Engineer global aerospace and defense company located Cambridge, MA. The Level 5 AI Engineer is a principal-level authority who leads strategic AI initiatives, defines technical direction, and ensures scalable, robust AI systems across the organization. This position will be on-site in Cambridge, MA five days per week!

Responsibilities of the Level 5 AI Engineer include:
- Design and lead enterprise-scale AI architectures and solutions.

Qualifications for the Level 5 AI Engineer include:
- Extensive background in AI engineering, typically 8+ years.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI model development, deployment, and governance.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI initiatives.
- Strong publication history or patent contributions in AI (preferred).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance.
Compensation for the Level 5 AI Engineer include:
- Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
