You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Precision Fires Global Supply Chain team. Our team integrates purchasing, procurement, and supply‑chain functions to deliver high‑performance rocket‑system components on schedule and on budget, supporting a fast‑growing line‑of‑business that blends traditional values with cutting‑edge innovation.
What You Will Be Doing
As the CAM you will be the financial steward for end‑to‑end material acquisition, acting as the primary liaison between Subcontract Managers, Finance, and Program Management. You will own the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact for the Global Supply Chain organization, shaping scope, schedule, and budget for your control accounts and guiding Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop, define, and manage scope, schedule, and budget for assigned control accounts.
• Serve as the EVMS champion, ensuring full compliance with Lockheed Martin Corporate Program Performance Management Process (PPMP 01).
• Produce variance and performance reports, prepare presentations, and brief senior leadership and prime customers on control account health.
• Coordinate with material finance to meet financial targets and support supply chain cash flow goals.
• Represent Global Supply Chain in program level EVMS and schedule meetings, influencing decisions that keep the puzzle pieces aligned.
• Partner with Subcontract Managers to track procurement milestones and resolve cost, schedule, or scope issues.
• Support Integrated Master Schedule planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration across engineering, logistics, and program teams to ensure on time, quality delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to travel.
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Problem solving skills.
Desired Skills:
• Able to navigate and use MFC's Electronic Financial System (EFS)
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or CAM Trained.
• Knowledge of EVMS processes.
• Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR.
• Program Performance Management 101 or equivalent training.
• Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge.
• Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Knowledge and experience of the Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation and Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain.
• Previous experience implementing change to improve processes.
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results.
• Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations.
