Position Description

Serco supports the Navy as the prime professional support services contractor for the Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program. We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Senior Analyst to work in our Washington D.C. location, to support the sustainment of the Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) and the new Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) LCAC 100 Class craft.

In this role you will:
  • Providing Lead programmatic support to the LCAC Assistant Program Manager and LCAC Transition & Execution Manager on all aspects of LCAC life cycle management and the transition from legacy LCAC to the LCAC 100 Class craft.
  • Supervise/manage the daily activities and deliverables of the LCAC Support Team, to include providing mentorship and training.
  • Support the LCAC program management to include developing and maintaining the annual LCAC Business Plan utilizing the Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Develop and submit Task Planning Sheets (TPS) in the Navy Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders across the Program Office in managing the business plan.
  • Lead the Configuration Change process for LCAC and LCAC 100 class craft across the fleet.
  • Manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for the LCAC Extended Service Life Extension Program (E-SLEP)
  • Provide emergent support for LCAC briefs, programmatic inquiries, business case analyses, schedules, processes, and other taskings from the customer.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer daily, providing updates on program status and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the LCAC team including Staff Meetings, budget reviews, and other relevant meetings, including taking minutes and identifying and tracking action items to resolution.
  • Perform regular tasking in the Integrated Data Environment (IDE).
  • Travel to support the Program Office when needed.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, Serco will consider a candidate with 12 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of DoD and USN Policies and Procedures pertaining to Financial Management is strongly desired.
  • Experience with the Navy's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes and policies is required.
  • This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance post-employment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, as well as customer and organizational level communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills are essential to being successful in this role.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and personnel simultaneously.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office suite programs especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing/directing taskings of team members.
  • The ability to work on-site at the Washington Navy Yard when required.
  • Prior experience leading teams to success.
