Qualifications

- Experience exercising administrative and technical oversight on a regular and continuing basis.
- Experience making decisions on technical and personnel problems presented by subordinates.
- Experience planning work to be accomplished by subordinates and coordinating short and long-term priorities.
- Experience assisting in the development of subordinates, identifying developmental needs and recommending training which can assist in the development of subordinates.
- Experience developing, managing, evaluating, and implementing major and complex security programs such as the Physical Security Program which is designed to safeguard government personnel, assets, ships, and property, the loss of which affects the Shipyard's mission.
- Experience achieving the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or the Physical Security Certification (PSC) within two years of acceptance of position.
