Qualifications

PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
- You will providing financial advice to the Director, NCIS and the executive leadership of the organization. This position will be managerial and will have supervisory responsibilities.
- You will serve as comptroller, and you will provide technical advice and recommendations to the Director.
- You will be responsible for accounting services, and budget formulation, preparation, submission and execution for multiple funding sources both internal and external to the department.
- You will analyze and evaluate financial and managerial reports produced within and outside the department
- You will provide integrated financial advice and guidance to organization personnel.
- You will administer a comprehensive planning, programming and budget system (PPBS) for NCIS to ensure the mission is funded at the adequate level.
