The likely salary range for this position is $117,000 - $131,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the transition-in activities, perform skill-gap analysis, onboard resources, and complete knowledge transition within the transition period.
- Manage day-to-day activities, ensure Kanban board is maintained, and maintain effective collaboration across program areas.
- Demonstrate and implement Project Management best practices in an IT Enterprise environment that reduce risks and improve service delivery
- Monitor program execution to identify obstacles and deviations from the plan and take corrective action as needed.
- Prioritize automation, observability, and measurements. Track progress towards meeting contractual and client expectations, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce a customer-centric outlook, and encourage out-of-the-box thinking in introducing SRE and innovative solutions.
- Conduct continuous risk assessment and management including developing measures to reduce risk in program execution.
- Demonstrate contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation, including management of subcontractor personnel.
- Responsible for overall program management activities that include, but are not limited to, finance management, corporate data calls, reporting, meetings, and other activities as identified.
- Ensure timely communications across the program that include daily oral and written statuses.
- Monitor and manage workload and resources. Work with the government to identify priorities, ensure resource balancing, set expectations, track and report on progress, and manage risks.
- Manage the sub-contractors, approve subcontractor and AOI invoices, and review with Senior Leadership performance and financial metrics.
- Accountable for overall program success, takes a proactive independent approach to mitigate issues, ensure performance goals are met, and meet contract and corporate objectives
- Support business development and proposal activities, as requested.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years' experience or Master's Degree and 3-5 years' experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Experience/Skills:
- 6+ years of recent Program/Project Management experience in a federal environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the migration and modernization of legacy systems to the cloud (preferably AWS).
- Prior experience managing FFP and T&M resources and budgets.
- Must possess experience and understanding of government contracting.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience in an IT Enterprise environment that includes performance, budgeting, risks, and maturity.
- Prior experience supporting business development processes that include capture and proposal writing is a plus.
- Strong and effective verbal and communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification(s):
- PMP certification.
- AWS certifications are a plus
