Job Summary
As a MCT (Movement Control Team) General Foreman, you will oversee and direct ground movement control operations, ensuring efficient coordination of cargo, equipment, and personnel in support of military missions. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of movement control processes, and proficiency in Army Information Systems (AIS) to maintain compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and operational requirements.

Job Summary
As a MCT (Movement Control Team) General Foreman, you will oversee and direct ground movement control operations, ensuring efficient coordination of cargo, equipment, and personnel in support of military missions. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of movement control processes, and proficiency in Army Information Systems (AIS) to maintain compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and operational requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead ground movement control teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of transportation plans.
- Interpret and implement movement schedules, plans, and Army regulations.
- Coordinate with military personnel, contractors, and internal teams for cargo and equipment movement.
- Ensure proper use of Army Information Systems (AIS) such as TC-AIMS II, CMOS, and other DoD logistics platforms for documentation and tracking.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols in compliance with DoD and company standards.
- Monitor and report progress, including daily situation reports (SITREPs) and production metrics.
- Manage resources, including labor, tools, and equipment, to meet operational goals.
- Train and mentor team members on movement control procedures, AIS usage, and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements when accessing AIS.
- Perform inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to approved methods and standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping, material requisitions, and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or movement control; supervisory experience required.
- Prior military experience or familiarity with DoD transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Army Information Systems (AIS) such as TC-AIMS II and CMOS.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks for military installation access.
