Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a C-17 International Program Management (PM) Specialist jointly supporting the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. The PM Specialist will be part of a Boeing team co-located with our USAF and International customers in Warner Robins, Georgia.

This role will support the C-17 International Program Management team with execution of tasks associated with existing contracts to include sustainment and infrastructure programs as well as the development of new business opportunities in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar associated with long term sustainment and capability improvements. The PM Specialist will work directly with the USAF Security Assistance Program Managers and the International Foreign Liaison Officers to ensure key relationships and partnerships are being developed and maintained.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support the C-17 Sustainment International Program Management team with execution tasks associated with existing contracts to include sustainment and infrastructure programs as well as the development of new business opportunities for international customers associated with long term sustainment and capability improvements.
  • Work directly with the USAF Security Assistance Program Manager and the International Foreign Liaison Officer to ensure key relationships and partnerships are being developed and maintained.
  • Acquire resources for organizational activities, provide technical management of Integrated Product Teams and Suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Develop and implement large-scale, high impact integrated organizational plans to ensure strategic business, technical and customer requirements are achieved.
  • Pro-actively communicate with leadership team, peers and customers.
  • This position requires up to 25% travel both domestically and internationally.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience leading or managing a team
  • 7+ years' experience working with Integrated Product Teams (IPT)
  • 7+ years' experience with Foreign Military Sales processes and procedures
  • 7+ years' experience defining, developing, and producing key performance indicators/metrics for management & executive management information system use
  • 7+ years' experience leading assessment and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional technical issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholders
  • This position requires up to 25% travel both domestically and internationally


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Estimating system manual, FAR, DFAR, TINA, ITAR, Procurement integrity, Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals
  • Experience implementing Program Management Best Practices

Summary pay range: $141,100 - $190,900
