Business Systems Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, supporting a high-impact Department of Defense mission. The Business Systems Analyst will analyze systems and processes, collaborate with teams to solve complex problems, and develop solutions that enable a Department of Defense mission to achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst include:

• Collaborate daily with team members and other work centers to meet customer requirements and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Analyze and support the formulation of systems and data collection processes to enable mission objectives and operational goals.
• Develop and refine workflows and inputs that drive successful execution of customer deliverables.
• Utilize technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address operational requirements in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely resolution of issues impacting mission success.

Qualifications for the Business Systems Analyst include:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance (mandatory for on-site work).
• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, technical support, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a mission-focused team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability, with preferred experience using tools like ServiceNow and Power BI.

Compensation for the Business Systems Analyst include:

• Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
