- As a Lead Behavioral Health Therapist, you will:
- Supervise & mentor a team of Behavioral Health Counselors, ensuring high-quality mental health support
- Guide & oversee service delivery to meet program goals and compliance standards
- Conduct assessments & interventions for at-risk minors in crisis situations
- Ensure professional development & training for your team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve mental health strategies and resources
- Advocate for the well-being of children in vulnerable situations
- Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
- Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
- 5+ years post-licensure experience in child development, trauma care, and clinical evaluations
- 2+ years leadership experience managing & mentoring mental health professionals
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care & child well-being best practices
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
