PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Computer Network Operations

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance Type: Top Secret

Responsibilities:

• Support SGM and Deputy Technical Targeting as Cyber SME, delivering technical writing, development, and integration support for cyber requirements, testing, programming, manpower, and execution.
• Provide project management and evaluate commercial cyber technologies, attending technical reviews/demos.
• Assist with development of requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years in cyber operations, exploitation, or technical targeting, including 3-5+ years supporting SOF or special mission cyber activities.
• Demonstrated experience with cyber tool development or integration in operational environments.
• Cyber activities, technical exploitation, Special Operations, and military experience/knowledge as outlined in the PD.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; mastery of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating cyber effects into multi-domain targeting and mission planning.
