Responsibilities:
- Assist and conduct signature reduction planning, coordination, briefings, and associated product development.
- Work directly with assigned units and multi-echelon joint staff to integrate signature-reduction plans in support of mission requirements.
- Develop products including concepts of operation, plans, deployment orders, reporting requirements, support concepts, information papers, and assessments.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years in signature reduction, OPSEC, technical surveillance, or related fields, including 3-5+ years supporting SOF, IC, or other sensitive mission sets.
- Demonstrated understanding of physical, technical, and digital signature-management measures.
- Strong briefing and coordination skills across multiple HQ and unit levels.
- TOP SECRET clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with low-visibility operations, cover and attribution management, or special mission support.
