PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Target Engagement Systems

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance Type: Top Secret

Responsibilities:

• Support SGM and Deputy TES as TES SME for SOF individual and crew-served weapons and small arms ammunition.
• Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
• Provide advice and training on advanced drilling/technology applications where applicable, as well as explosive planning factors when tied to TES test environments.
• Support design, testing, and fielding of weapons and ammunition solutions aligned with SOF requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years in weapons and small arms ammunition development, testing, or fielding, including 3-5+ years working with SOF or specialized weapons programs.
• Familiarity with industry SAAMI specifications and small arms employment TTPs.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ballistics, or related field, or equivalent armorer/ordnance background.
• TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with weapons/ammunition requirements development and test range operations.
